I'm using an Android device, but PAiLottery.com cannot seem to locate me. What should I do?

Clearing your cache may help. Go to Settings > PAiLottery.com, and then select “Clear Cache.”

Also confirm that your device’s location services, GPS and Wi-Fi are turned on.
