If you’ve already entered an incorrect password 3 times, your PA iLottery account will automatically lock as a security measure. Please reach out to Player Support so they can assist with having your account unlocked.
If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to the login page and you will see a link that reads, "FORGOT PASSWORD? CLICK HERE TO RESET." After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your email address so a secure email can be sent to reset your password.
Please keep in mind that you will need to answer both of your security questions correctly before the password can be reset.
It's important to note that both steps (requesting a password reset email and resetting it) must be done on the same computer or mobile device. This requirement is for your security.
