My account appears to be locked, how do I unlock it?

Did you just register your PA iLottery account?
If so, we may just need additional information to verify your account identity before it can be activated for play. Please log in to your PA iLottery account and visit the “My VIP” tab and select “My Documents” to see what information is needed to verify your account. Once it has been uploaded or if you any questions about uploading, please click the chat icon on the bottom right corner of the screen or call 1-833-530-PLAY (7529) so we may further assist you.

Did you input your password incorrectly three times?
If so, click the chat icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Once Player Support verifies they are communicating with you, the account holder, your PA iLottery account can be unlocked. To avoid encountering this issue in the future, use the ""FORGOT PASSWORD? CLICK HERE TO RESET"" link before making a third attempt to log in. We will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

During a password reset, did you get your security questions wrong three times?
Player Support can help with that, but they still need the correct answers to your security questions. If you have forgotten the answers, they will need to take other steps to verify your identity before unlocking your PA iLottery account.

Did you win $2,500.01 (or more) just before being locked out?
If so, congratulations! We need to pause activity while you validate your win and other necessary processing occurs. This is only a temporary lock; you should be able to enjoy using again soon – in most cases, a few hours or less. We appreciate your patience. Enjoy your winnings!
