The game I was playing seems to be stuck, what should I do?

If a game seems to be unresponsive, please try the following steps before contacting Player Support for additional troubleshooting help:

  1. Ensure your device is still connected to the internet.
  2. Please log out, then log back in and return to that same game.
  3. Log out, clear your cookies and cache, log in and return to the game.
  4. Attempt to play another game, then return to the original game.
  5. If you were playing on mobile, switch to desktop/laptop or vice versa.
