I'm having trouble playing from a mobile device, but I'm definitely in PA, what should I do?

Be sure to activate your device’s location services, GPS and Wi-Fi.

If all of these services are active and you still cannot play, try clearing the mobile app's cache, and/or force close the application and re-open it.

If those steps do not work, you may need uninstall and re-install the app, then try again.
