If you’ve already entered an incorrect password 5 times, your Pennsylvania Lottery account will automatically lock as a security measure. Please reach out to Player Support so they can assist with having your account unlocked.
If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to the login page and you will see a link that reads, FORGOT PASSWORD. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your email address so a secure email can be sent to reset your password.
You will need to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number to reset your password.
It's important to note that both steps (requesting a password reset email and resetting it) must be done on the same computer or mobile device. This requirement is for your security.
