All Opt Out periods are irrevocable and will end only at the conclusion of the period chosen by the individual, one year or five years.
When the period ends, your removal from the opt out list does not happen automatically. Players must request reinstatement by contacting support@pailottery.com.
Once again, opt out cannot be ended early or withdrawn.
You cannot request opt out or reinstatement on behalf of another person.
