Taking a break from playing (a cool-off period) is a good way to ensure you are playing responsibly.
Cool-off periods can be set for as little as three days and as long as 30 days.
During a cool-off period, you will be unable to access your account, make deposits, play Pennsylvania Lottery games for money or participate in Second-Chance Drawings.
To enact a cool-off period:
Log-in to your PAiLottery.com account
Select: Account icon > Responsible Gambling > Cool Off
Select the desired time period between 1 and 30 days
Select Set Cool Off Period
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your change.
Remember: Once in place, a cool-off period cannot be suspended or canceled. You will not be able to access your account until the cool-off period that you selected has ended.
