If a subscription renewal fails funding (insufficient funds, self-exclusion, or responsible gambling limits), the subscription will be placed in an inactive state. Additionally, you can inactivate an active subscription at any time, provided you are located within the boundaries of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If a subscription is changed to “Inactive” at any time during the subscription period, any plays previously purchased, including plays where the drawing has not yet occurred, shall not be refunded. Further, renewal purchases do not occur when a subscription is in an inactive state. You will have the ability to activate an inactive subscription at any time, provided you are located within the boundaries of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
