To retrieve your W2G tax forms sign in to your Lottery account and select:
Account Icon > Manage Wallet > View Account Statement > View Tax Forms.
From here, you can enter a time period and download tax forms available. Should you require dates/forms that are not currently available on your Lottery account, please contact Player Support by emailing support@pailottery.com, and allow 7-10 business days for your requests to be returned to you.
