How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

You should receive your funds in about 8-10 business days after requesting a withdrawal from your Lottery account.


Step 1: We will review and process your withdrawal request as soon as possible; however, please allow up to 3 to 5 days on average for your withdrawal to be reviewed and processed. During this time, you may be required to provide documentation to verify your account. Further delays could be experienced if correct documents aren’t promptly or properly uploaded


Step 2: An additional 5 business days are then required after the withdrawal process begins in order for payment processors, such as your bank, to fully complete the process. The payment processing time varies by the method you select.


All time frames are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday): 

·         ACH (Direct Transfer): Transfer your winnings directly to your bank account on file. Please allow approximately 5 business days after processing by the payment team as noted above.

·         PayPal: Transfer your winnings directly to your PayPal account. Your PayPal account must be linked to a bank account in order to withdraw from your Lottery account. Once processed by the payment team, funds will be in the PayPal balance within the hour.
