How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

Typically, you should receive your funds within 8-13 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after requesting a withdrawal from your PA iLottery account.

• Once you have requested a withdrawal, please allow up to 5 business days for your request to be reviewed.
• Once reached for review, you may be required to provide documentation to verify any payment methods used on your PA iLottery account. Further delays can be experienced if the correct documents aren’t promptly uploaded to the “My Documents” page of your account. Please allow up to 3 business days after the final document request has been uploaded for the documentation to be reviewed. Once the documents have been approved, the withdrawal will be approved and completed at that time.
• An additional 5 business days are then required after withdrawal approval in order for payment processors, such as your bank, to complete the process before having the funds available to you. The payment processing time varies by the method selected.

*Important note: In accordance with Terms and Conditions, in order to prevent potential online fraud, all players are required to verify their payment accounts.
