How can I close my Pennsylvania Lottery online account?

To close your PA iLottery account, contact Player Support at support@PAiLottery.com.
Note: Entries into Second-Chance Drawings will no longer be available. Remember, if you want to take a break from playing online, it is not necessary to close your account. You may choose to select a cool-off option under "My VIP" > "Responsible Gambling."
You will be able to set a cool-off period of up to 30 days. During a cool-off period, you can't log in to your account until the cool-off period has been completed. Any withdrawals that are currently pending may still be processed. Required documentation needed to verify payment methods may be requested via encrypted email. Once you set a cool-off period, we may not re-instate you if you change your mind. You must wait until the time period has been completed before you have the ability to play online again.
