Does PA Lottery self-exclusion prevent me from playing games sold at stores or winning prizes?

Self-exclusion is a process by which you opt out of playing PA Lottery games online and receiving VIP Players Club promotions and offers.

 

Self-exclusion will not prevent you from purchasing Pennsylvania Lottery games sold in stores, but you will not be able to enter those tickets into VIP Players Club second-chance drawings. That is because self-exclusion will prevent you from accessing your online account.
