The type of documentation needed to complete a withdrawal will vary depending on the payment accounts used on your iLottery account.
ACH (eCheck):
• A recent bank statement that includes your full name, current address, the date (no older than 60 days), the last 4 digits of the account number, and the bank’s letterhead, all visible. If your bank statements are only received online or via the bank’s app, a screenshot of the statement will be accepted.
• A void check with your full name, current address, the last 4 digits of the account number, and your bank’s letterhead, all visible.
PayPal:
• No documentation is needed to verify the account, however the email address and name on the PayPal account must match that of your PA iLottery account. The PayPal account linked cannot be changed.
Debit/Prepaid card:
• A clear photo of the front of the card ensuring that your full name, expiration date, and last 4 digits of the card number are visible. Please block out the first 12 digits of the card number and if the card number and name are on the back of the card, please be sure to block out the CVV security code as well.
Credit Card:
• A clear photo of the front of the card ensuring that your full name, expiration date, and last 4 digits of the card number are visible. Please block out the first 12 digits of the card number and if the card number and name are on the back of the card, please be sure to block out the CVV security code as well.
• A copy of your monthly credit statement that includes your full name, current address, the date (no older than 60 days), the last 4 digits of the account number, and the bank’s letterhead, all visible. If your statements are only received online or via the credit card’s app, a screenshot of the statement will be accepted.
