How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal, please first log in to your PA iLottery account and select “My VIP” then “Cashier.”
After selecting the “Cashier” option you will see a list of our supported withdrawal methods:
• ACH/eCheck (Bank Transfer)
• PayPal
• Play+ account


Please keep in mind that withdrawals are NOT supported to credit/debit cards.
Select “Withdraw” under the payment method you’d like to use and follow the prompts on screen to complete the withdrawal request. Each withdrawal method has a minimum withdrawal request of $10 allowed.
For PayPal, we require your PA iLottery account email address to match your PayPal email address in order to process the withdrawal.

Please note: Our withdrawal process will take 3-5 days to complete, plus up to an additional 5 business days from your payment provider may be required to complete the process.
