You can purchase WebCash at any Pennsylvania Lottery retailer and use it to fund your Pennsylvania Lottery account. Visit any Pennsylvania Lottery retailer and purchase WebCash from the touch screen vending machines or cashier counter. The minimum purchase is $10, up to a maximum of $1,000. You will receive a WebCash Voucher with a number printed on the front. Enter that number on the Cashier page to deposit the WebCash into your Pennsylvania Lottery account.
