What can I do if I'm in Pennsylvania, but the system thinks I'm not?

If you are within the state of Pennsylvania and you are being restricted from playing for real money, there may be an issue detecting the location of your device.
If you are using a computer, please make sure that it is connected to the Wi-Fi router completely wirelessly. If your computer is hard wired or plugged directly into your Wi-Fi router/modem, geolocation will not work properly. In this case, many players have found success using a Wi-Fi Adapter, which can be purchased at most major retailers and/or electronic stores. You must also ensure that your computer has its settings enabled to allow its location to be read. This can be enabled by visiting your computer "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Location" on Windows 8 and newer.
When using a mobile device, please be sure your phone or tablet has its settings enabled for the app to read your location, and set to "High accuracy" mode on Android or “While Using the App” on iPhone/iPad. Please be sure you are using the PA Lottery Official App which can be installed here: https://www.palottery.state.pa.us/Misc/PA-Lottery-Official-Mobile-App.aspx. If you are accessing from your mobile browser instead of the app, it will not be able to detect the location and you will be prompted to install the app.
