Main Game Play Instructions:
Cash and Conquer is a collect-style game. A map appears on the main game screen containing
12 SPOTS of land. To win a prize, the player must conquer at least five SPOTS of land or
reveal an instant cash prize.
To begin a game, the player must select the plus or minus buttons to choose YOUR BET, pick
one of the five Roman Emperors, and select the PLAY button. When play begins, the player will
have three of the selected Roman Emperor. The player must select one of the SPOTS of land
to conquer to reveal one of the following:

1) Battle: If the player reveals a BATTLE, the player’s Roman Emperor will battle a
Barbarian for the contested SPOT of land, as described below. The SPOT will turn
either red for a Roman win, or blue for a Barbarian win.

2) Instant Cash Prize: If the player reveals a cash prize amount, the player wins that prize
shown instantly. Revealing an instant cash prize also conquers the SPOT of land and
the SPOT will turn red.

3) FREE: If the player reveals a FREE, the player automatically conquers that SPOT of
land and the SPOT will turn red.

4) Heal: If the player reveals a HEAL, the player receives an additional Roman Emperor. Revealing a HEAL also conquers the SPOT of land and the SPOT will turn red.

If the player conquers five or more SPOTS, the player wins a prize corresponding to the prize
table above the map. Game play ends when all of the player’s Roman Emperors have lost a
SPOT of land in BATTLE, or when all of the available SPOTS have been conquered.
The total amount the player wins displays at the end of the game play sequence. The player
receives credit for the amount won in the BALANCE at the bottom of the screen.

Battle Play Instructions:
If the player reveals a BATTLE, a one-dice dome popper appears. The popper represents the
player’s Roman Emperor. The dice revealed on the SPOT of contested land represents the
Barbarian.

The player must “pop” the dice popper to reveal the outcome. If the player reveals a number
equal to, or great than, the dice on the contested SPOT the player conquers that SPOT of land.
The SPOT will turn either red for a Roman win, or blue for a Barbarian win.
