What types of documentation is needed to make a withdrawal?

ACH (E-Check): A recent bank account statement or voided check is required. Statements must be dated within the past 90 days.

 

For ACH/eCheck withdrawals, we will require documentation to verify the account:

  • Recurring bank statement that includes the bank’s letterhead, account owner’s name, address, date within 90 days and last four digits of the account number; or
  • Voided check ensuring all four corners are visible, including name and bank account number.

 

PayPal: No documentation is needed. However, player must deposit 1x before requesting withdraw via PayPal.

 

Debit/Prepaid Card:

  • A clear photo of the front of the credit or debit card ensuring that the name, expiration date, and the last four digits of the card are visible. Please black out the CVV number if on front of card.
  • Recurring debit card statement that includes the bank’s letterhead, the account owner’s name, address, date within 90 days, and the last four digits of the card number.

 

PayNearMe: No documentation is required.

 

Credit Card:  A clear photo of the front of the credit or debit card ensuring that the name, expiration date, and the last four digits of the card are visible. Please black out the CVV number if on front of card/statement from account*.
