Simply go to PAiLottery.com, select Log In, select the link for “forgotten password” and follow the instructions. We will reply with an email that includes a link to reset your password.
It's important to note that both steps (requesting a password reset, and resetting it) must be done on the same computer or mobile device. This requirement is for your security.
Please do not attempt to reset your password more than once in a 24-hour period. Our reply may take a little time to appear in your inbox, depending on your email provider. Submitting a second request will deactivate the link contained in the first reply we send.
If you receive an error message when entering your email address into the password reset request form, please verify it is the same address used to create your account. If you have verified your email is the same and it’s still not working, please send an email to support@PAiLottery.com. We will review your account and get back in touch with you.
