The game I was playing seems to be stuck, what should I do?

If a game seems to be unresponsive, please try the following steps before contacting Player Support for additional troubleshooting help:

  1. Ensure your device is still connected to the internet.
  2. Please logout, then back into the site, return to the game to see if it works.
  3. Logout, clear your cookies and cache, login and return to the game.
  4. Attempt to play another game, then return to the original game.
  5. If you were playing on mobile switch to desktop/laptop or vice versa.
