How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal, log in to your Lottery account.

  1. Select My Account > Cashier.
  2. Choose which of our convenient methods of withdraw you would like to use.

 

For your convenience we can process withdrawals via: 

  • ACH/eCheck
  • PayPal ($10,000 withdraw limit)
  • Play+ (Any value below or up to the maximum account balance may be transferred to your Play+ account)

If you have added any new payment methods within the past 6 months, you will be asked for documentation to verify the account. View list.

 

For ACH/eCheck withdrawals, we require documentation to verify the account:

  • Recurring bank statement that includes the bank’s letterhead, account owner’s name, address, date within 90 days and last four digits of the account number; or
  • Voided check ensuring all four corners are visible, including the bank name and bank account number.

 

For PayPal, we require your Lottery account email address to match your PayPal email address in order to process the withdrawal.

 

For ACH/ eCheck, PayPal and Play+, if your withdrawal request is successful, you will receive an e-mail confirming it has been received. Please allow up to 72 hours for our payment specialists to process your request. Additional processing time may be required by the payment providers.
