How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal simply log-in to your account.

Select My Account > Cashier

Choose which of our convenient methods of withdraw you would like to use, for your convenience we can process withdrawals via: 

  • ACH/eCheck
  • PayPal ($10,000 withdraw limit)
  • PA Lottery Play+ (Any value below or up to the maximum account balance may be transferred to your Play+ account)

For ACH/eCheck, we will require documentation to verify either of these payment accounts, click here to see more about payment account verification.

For PayPal, we require your iLottery email address to match your PayPal email address in order to process the withdrawal.

For ACH/ eCheck, PayPal and Play+, if you are successful in submitting your withdrawal request you will receive an e-mail confirming it has been received. Please allow up to 72 hours for our payment specialists to process your request. Additional processing time may be
required by the payment providers.
