How do I verify my payment accounts?

For security reasons, players are required to verify all accounts used for payments (both deposit and withdrawal) on This step is not optional.

Payment accounts are verified by uploading documentation via your secure iLottery account. If you do not have any pending requests for documentation and you've recently added a payment account, please contact Player Support at We will add an applicable document request to the My Documents area of your account.

What types of documentation are needed?

 ACH (E-Check) – recent bank account statement* or voided check

 Must show: Name, bank account number (minimum last 4 numbers)

Debit/Prepaid Card - Image of card/statement from account*

Must show: Name, card number (minimum last 4 numbers)

PayNearMe - No documentation required


*Statements must be dated within the past 90 days.
