How do I verify my payment accounts?

For security reasons, players are required to verify all accounts used for payments (both deposit and withdrawal). This verification is not optional.

 

Payment accounts are verified by uploading documentation via your secure Lottery account. If you do not have any pending requests for documentation and you've recently added a payment account, please contact Player Support at support@PAiLottery.com . We will add an applicable document request to the My Documents area of your account.
